1. General Requirements:
- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- A valid driving license held for at least 1 year is required.
- An additional government-issued ID, such as a passport, must be presented.
2. Payment Terms:
- Accepted payment methods: cash, credit, and debit cards.
- A refundable security deposit of 1000-1500 AED is required at the time of rental.
- Additional charges apply for late returns.
3. Vehicle Use:
- Vehicles may only be driven within UAE borders.
- Off-road driving, racing, and towing are strictly prohibited.
- Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as rented, subject to fair wear and tear.
4. Insurance and Liability:
- Basic insurance is included in the rental.
- The renter is liable for 25-35% of the vehicle's value in case of damage unless additional coverage is purchased.
- Optional insurance upgrades are available at an extra cost.
5. Fuel Policy:
- Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as received.
- A fee of 100 AED will be charged for fuel shortages.
6. Additional Drivers:
- Additional drivers must be approved in advance and meet the same requirements as the primary renter.
- An additional fee of 100 AED per day may apply.
7. Mileage Limits:
- Rentals include 250 kilometers per day.
- Excess mileage is charged at 5 AED per kilometer.
8. Cancellation and Modifications:
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the rental start time are eligible for a partial refund.
- Reservation modifications must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
9. Penalties and Fines:
- Renters are responsible for all traffic violations, parking fines, and tolls incurred during the rental period.
- An administrative fee of 20 AED applies for processing violations or fines.

- Roadside assistance is included.

- Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles. A cleaning fee of 100 AED will apply for violations.
